TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COLLECTION TIME FROM 2PM, RETURN TIME BY 11AM, THE VEHICLE MUST BE EMPTY AND VACANT OF POSESSIONS.

The mileage allowance for our motorhomes is 100 miles per day. Mileage allowance will change for longer hires. Excess mileage is charged at 25pence + VAT per mile.

Pets may be permitted to travel in our motorhomes, subject to the type of the animal and approval prior to booking the motorhome. Charges apply for taking pets in the motorhome as it will take us longer to prepare the vehicle for the next customer. Animals must NOT be left in the vehicle unattended at any time. If the vehicle incurs damage, mess or dirt caused by animals, full valeting and refurbishment charges will be applied.

We request that the toilet and cassette are emptied and cleaned prior to return. A fine of £125+VAT will apply if this has not been completed.

*Additional days may be possible subject to availability. If you are attending a festival of any type, you MUST inform us as insurance premiums apply. If you do not inform us, a retrospective penalty charge WILL be applied.

• Automatic transmission available on some models, additional cost £70 per weekend hire, £100 per short break hire and £140 per week hire.
• European hire available, £300 per hire additional charge
• Extra drivers can be added at £65 per weekly hire. Extra days will be an additional £15 per day per extra driver.
• GPS available £65 per hire
• BBQ available £30 per hire
• Gazebo available £80 per hire
• Table & Chairs (outside) available £5 per item
• Bedding is available at £25 per set.
• Pets are charged at £100 per hire, per pet
• Bicycles are available at £100 per bike, per hire
